2. To speed up the process, customers can take some photos for evaluation by email or 3G video call.

3. Customers can order for delivery and installation, cash/cheque will be paid on delivery.

4. After installation, because of hygiene issues, customers cannot exchange others product or refund.

5. Within 10 days, if the product is broken or mal-function, not caused by human mistake or intention, Izen will replace a new one.

6. Izen provides one year full local warranty. Includes labour and parts.
